Why Eye Care is Essential for Tired Moms and How to Prioritize It

Let’s be real—if I ever got 8 hours of sleep, I’d probably wake up in a panic wondering what day it is. Between running my business, being a full-time mom, working late hours editing TikToks, blogging, keeping up with life (and laundry), sleep is basically... optional.

And that’s exactly why I don’t play around when it comes to eye care.

One of my ride-or-die products lately has been the

Grace & Stella Eye Mask Patches—aka tiny miracle workers in gold foil form. I keep them in the fridge for that extra “wake me up before I mom again” effect. They help depuff, refresh, and make it look like I got a full night’s sleep.

Shop my favorite Grace & Stella Eye Masks on Amazon here.(P.S. They're on my Amazon storefront because I legit love them—no gatekeeping here!)

But Let’s Get Real for a Sec...

As much as I’d love to say an eye patch can fix everything, it won’t do the job alone. One thing I constantly remind myself (and you!): hydration is key. I say this with love—and a half-full water bottle sitting next to me that I’ve forgotten about all day.

I struggle to drink enough water, like most of us, so I started using Liquid I.V., and it’s been a game-changer. It tastes great, helps me stay hydrated (especially when coffee is life), and makes me feel a little more put together.

Deep breaths. You got this, mama

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. Sometimes it’s just a five- to 10-minute eye mask and remembering to drink some water. Your eyes (and your future self) will thank you.
